Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Ladders must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Assembled or used ladders may be subject to a restocking fee

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@roofingje.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package the ladder securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ladder arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return needed for defective items.

Heavy Equipment Returns

For large items such as scaffolding or long extension ladders, we may arrange freight pickup for returns. Contact us for specific return shipping arrangements.
